POL 6.045 Course Repetition

A student may repeat any course previously taken at Kirtland Community College in order to improve their grade. All course grades appear on the student’s academic transcript. The higher grade is calculated when computing grade point average, honor points, and to fulfill requirements for graduation.

If the student has achieved a “C” grade or better on the first repeat of a course, a second repeat will not be permitted. A student may not repeat a course more than twice.

Exceptions to this policy may be authorized by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
