POL 6.040 Incomplete Grades

Upon the instructor’s discretion, a grade of incomplete (“I”) may be granted. An agreed upon date will be established between the student and instructor by which all course work must be completed. The grade of incomplete will then be changed to the letter grade the student earned if completed within the agreed upon timeline. If course work is not completed by the agreed upon date, the incomplete grade will be changed to the earned letter grade.
